一、NGO猎聘背景

NGO猎聘是NGO招聘 开拓的一项新业务,于2016年6月正式开展,是国内公益行业唯一一家依据自有公益人才库开展的中高端人才猎聘业务。中国发展简报一直致力于推动公益领域行业发展,NGO猎聘通过自有公益人才数据库的开发建设,帮助公益组织提高人才搜索的成功率,提高人才?#24515;?#25928;率,也是对行业的支持。

1. Background

NGO Liepin, started in June 2016, is part of the NGO recruitment work carried out by China Development Brief (CDB). CDB, a platform organization for the NGO sector in China, is the first and only organization currently to have such a service, which is to search for senior professionals in the industry using the organization’s existing talent pool. CDB aims to improve the efficiency of the recruitment process of the industry by providing this unique service.

2. The Uniqueness and Advantages of NGO Liepin

三、猎聘流程

1. 甲乙双方签订委托书,公益组织作为甲方出具正式人才搜索服务委托书;
2. 摸底公益组织的中高端人才需求的实际情况,包括岗位历史招聘情况以及失败原因、收集岗位职责、要求信息;
3. 依据公益组织的需求,包括工作专业(行政、项目管理、筹资等)、领域(儿童、养老、扶贫、环保)的不同需求,设计不同的人才搜索方案;
4. 实施人才搜索计划;
5. 调整策略,最大化收集人才,通过电话面试、实际面对面的面试, 确定推荐人选;
6. 甲方依据自己的面试流程,最?#31449;?#23450;是否录用;
7. 甲方与乙方推荐人确定正式劳务合同以后,支付服务费给乙方;
8. 结束服务。

3. Recruitment Process

1. The commissioner (NGOs) provides the template for the job recruitment service, and the two parties sign the commission agreement;

2. Survey on the specific requirements and needs concerning the recruitment, including job vacancies and the recruiting history of related job positions;

3. Come up with custom-make recruiting plans according to job departments (administrative, program managing, funding raising and etc.), working areas (children, senior citizens, poverty alleviation, environment protection), and other requirements of the commissioner;

4. Implement the plan;

5. Adjust the plan, start phone interview or face to face interview, and shortlist candidates;

6. The commissioner makes the final decision on whether to recruit the shortlisted candidates;

7. Pay service fee to CDB after the commissioner has signed the employment contract with the chosen candidate;

8. Service completed.
